La historia y el legado de Cinequest de unir las tecnologías y el espíritu de innovación del Valle del Silicio regresó este año con las artes para potenciar grandes creaciones y conectar audiencias, jóvenes, artistas e innovadores con estas creaciones.
Cinequest celebra su 30 aniversario y puede disfrutarlo en los cines de San José y Redwood City, cuenta con la asombrosa cantidad de 321 películas, que incluyen 151 estrenos mundiales o estadounidenses. También hay ofertas de realidad virtual, una variedad de fiestas y funciones sociales, eventos de películas temáticas y más.
El festival concluirá el 15 de marzo con la proyección de la tan esperada “Resistencia”, protagonizada por Jesse Eisenberg (“Red social”) como Marcel Marceau. Eisenberg estará allí para recibir un Maverick Spirit Award, el mayor honor del festival.
Aquí hay algunos títulos de películas que no debes perderte: “Take Out Girl”, “Breaking Fast”, “Disrupted”, “The Mimic”, “3 Day Weekend”, “Watch Me Kill” “The Burnt Orange Heresy”, “The Last Days of Capitalism”, “Driveways”, “Survival Skills”, “Military Wives”, “Love is not love”, “Like Reply Share”, “Small Time” y muchos más que vienen cargados de buen argumentos, entretenimiento, drama que excelentes directores han conseguido con estas renovadas producciones.
